I'm Allison Steffen, an apparel designer with experience across contemporary womenswear, dresses, knitwear, lounge, activewear and lifestyle collections. My process combines trend and color research, thoughtful silhouette development and production-ready technical design.

My work spans 1.State and CeCe at BCI Brands, Stevie by Steve Madden and Madden NYC at Steve Madden, and New York & Company, with a focus on creating collections that feel trend driven yet cohesive and wearable.
