Allison has worked for Steve Madden since October 2023. She currently works on the labels Madden NYC for Walmart, Stevie by Stevie Madden for Dillards & Von Maur, and Dylan Ryan for Ross. She researches seasonal trends and colors, creates sketches and CADs in Adobe Illustrator, she creates tech packs for designs in Excel, and works with a design team to create presentations for Walmart and Dillards buyers. This Stevie Collection titled "Crush Culture" was delivered to Dillards in January 2026
