Vermont Counterpoint

This collection developed out of a collaboration between Allison and Flute Performer Mady Steffen. It is inspired by the musical piece Vermont Counterpoint by Steve Reich. Vermont Counterpoint is a minimalist piece created by layering of piccolo, flute, and alto flute parts. Allison designed a fall collection with minimalism and layering in mind. Mady performed Vermont Counterpoint while a time lapse of the creation of Allison's collection played in the background.
